These terms govern use of Hetuvo and the marketing data workflows available through the product.
Using Hetuvo
Hetuvo provides marketing analysis, reporting, and recommendation workflows for connected accounts. You must only connect accounts and data that you are authorized to access.
Your Responsibilities
- Keep your login credentials secure.
- Provide accurate account and billing information.
- Comply with applicable laws and platform terms.
- Review recommendations before acting on them. You remain responsible for campaign, budget, creative, and business decisions.
Connected Platforms
Hetuvo may integrate with services such as Meta, Shopify, Google Ads, Google Analytics, email, hosting, and payment providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. Hetuvo is not responsible for third-party platform availability, data accuracy, or policy decisions.
Campaign Changes
The current product is designed around analysis and manual action lists. If you grant write or management permissions for a future feature, you are responsible for confirming that any resulting campaign changes are correct for your business.
Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload Hetuvo.
- Do not connect data you do not have permission to use.
- Do not use Hetuvo for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activity.
Availability and Changes
Hetuvo may change, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves. Beta or early-stage features may be incomplete, change without notice, or contain errors.
Disclaimers
Hetuvo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee specific advertising results, revenue, profit, return on ad spend, or uninterrupted service.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Hetuvo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost profit damages arising from use of the service.
