Data Deletion
Use these instructions to request deletion of Hetuvo account data and data received from connected platforms such as Meta.
Request Deletion by Email
Send an email to support@hetuvo.com from the email address you use with Hetuvo.
- Use the subject line: Delete my Hetuvo data.
- Include your Hetuvo login email address.
- If the request is about Meta data, include the Meta Business or ad account name if you know it. Do not send passwords, private credentials, recovery codes, or payment details.
Remove Hetuvo from Meta
You can also remove Hetuvo from your Facebook or Meta account settings. After removal, email us if you want Hetuvo-side connected account data, stored connection data, generated reports, and recommendations deleted.
What We Delete
- Connected account authorization records and encrypted credentials.
- Meta ad account connection details stored in Hetuvo.
- Meta-derived reports, runs, and recommendations where applicable.
- Account or workspace records when you request full account deletion.
Timing
We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 7 days and complete verified deletion within 30 days, unless a longer retention period is required for security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, legal, or platform compliance reasons.
