Request Deletion by Email

Send an email to support@hetuvo.com from the email address you use with Hetuvo.

• Use the subject line: Delete my Hetuvo data.
• Include your Hetuvo login email address.
• If the request is about Meta data, include the Meta Business or ad account name if you know it. Do not send passwords, private credentials, recovery codes, or payment details.
• If the request is about Shopify, include the .myshopify.com store domain if you know it. Do not include customer or order details.

Remove Hetuvo from Shopify

Disconnect Shopify inside Hetuvo or uninstall Hetuvo from your Shopify admin. Uninstall and Shopify privacy-redaction webhooks revoke the stored connection credentials. Hetuvo does not retain raw Shopify orders or customer identity fields.

Remove Hetuvo from Meta

You can also remove Hetuvo from your Facebook or Meta account settings. After removal, email us if you want Hetuvo-side connected account data, stored connection data, generated reports, and recommendations deleted.

What We Delete

• Connected account authorization records and encrypted credentials.
• Meta ad account connection details stored in Hetuvo.
• Shopify connection details and encrypted access credentials.
• Meta-derived reports, runs, and recommendations where applicable.
• Account or workspace records when you request full account deletion.

Timing

We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 7 days and complete verified deletion within 30 days, unless a longer retention period is required for security, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, legal, or platform compliance reasons.
